We are looking for an exceptional educator to join our team as an Academic Instructional Lead, providing academic guidance and support to students in their pursuit of excellence in English Language and Literature.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them progress
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
- Compliance with the school's policies and reliable implementation of these
**Requirements:**
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
- Have relevant English-related degree and recent mainstream school-based experience as an English Teacher
- Be able to implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
