Job Title: Senior Account Manager


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at We are Family - UK. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our services and that we continue to deliver value to them.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for select accounts.

• Understand our clients' business needs and assist in developing strategies to address them.

• Develop and assist in the execution of strategic marketing plans.

• As a part of a small agency, you will be hands-on in the execution, working with both external and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches.

• Collaborate with the CEO and team on proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Assist in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Help identify areas where efficiencies can be improved and costs managed effectively.

• Stay updated on the latest trends within the kids and family marketing space.

• Contribute ideas for innovation and ways to enhance our agency's proposition.


Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work well with clients and colleagues.

• Previous agency experience, ideally in kids and family marketing.

• Hands-on experience in delivering marketing campaigns, with the ability to discuss various tactics with clients.

• Independence, with the ability to manage your own workload, solve problems independently, and adapt to challenges.
