Required Skills and Qualifications:

    We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who has at least one year of experience in a similar position. You should have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques and recipes. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, using local, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the management team and other kitchen staff to achieve our goals.

    To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, be passionate about cooking, and have a desire to bring your skills to our team. Salary: £35,000 per annum.
