About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering new products from initial prototypes into volume manufacturing that meet specification and low-cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement NPI processes to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring compliance with quality management systems
  • Lead and maintain PFMEA's to identify and mitigate risks, and implement quality improvements
  • Assist Product Engineering projects using tools such as Gantt, Project Status, and focus on agreed KPI's
  • Ensure all projects assigned are fully auditable to site accreditations and work with the quality manager to implement suggested quality improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the NPI process and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
