We are seeking a skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team at Search, a leading consumer electronics retailer. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electronic products to our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver, install, and collect a wide range of electronic products to customers' homes, ensuring top-quality service.
  • Manual handling is expected, including lifting and moving large items like washing machines and cookers, with assistance from your driver's mate.
  • Provide any-room delivery service, ensuring items are set up exactly where the customer wants them and functioning properly.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, representing the company as a trusted and professional brand ambassador.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure safe handling, driving, and installation.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and installations.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with 7.5 tonne (C1) entitlement.
  • Valid CPC.
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual work as part of a two-person delivery team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Prior experience in a delivery or customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines.
