The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, preparing reports, undertaking surveys, and providing expert advice to clients.
- Delivering high-quality consultancy services, including project management, communication with clients and stakeholders, and survey coordination.
- Providing verbal and written advice to clients, particularly in larger and more complex projects, and mentoring junior staff.
- Leading survey teams, analysing survey data, and supporting reporting requirements.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the consultancy, including identifying new business opportunities and supporting the development of the team.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered status and extensive experience in ecological consultancy, with a strong understanding of Biodiversity Net-Gain.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including project planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
