Morgan Hunt Recruitment is proud to be working with Together for Mental Wellbeing to find a Community Link Worker for their Bluebird Service. This role is part of the Integrated Community Pathway Service on the Offender's Personality Disorder Pathway, providing support, advocacy, and advice to women in the community before their release from prison.

The Community Link Worker will enable hard-to-reach women to engage and maintain an improved quality of life by assisting service users and empowering them with knowledge about support to access. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enabling individuals to find out about and access appropriate services
  • Enabling individuals to develop confidence in engaging with relevant services
  • Empowering individuals through promoting independence
  • Contributing to the management of risk for the person, including raising safeguarding concerns

We are looking for someone with experience working with mental health and complex social care needs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a diverse range of service users and form effective inter-agency relationships, such as with health, probation, and social services.
