Field Collections Officer
A leading global energy company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Collections Officer to manage client relationships, negotiate payment plans, and execute warrants when necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting essential customer data, including meter reads and vulnerability assessments, while fostering strong professional relationships with clients.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with at least 2 years of experience in a field-based role with collections experience.

About the Role
  • This is a remote-based position covering Scotland, offering a £29,000 basic salary plus car allowance, bonus, and exceptional benefits package.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Making collection calls to ensure ongoing client relationships.
  • Negotiating payment plans and executing warrants when necessary.
