We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of our newest venue in Milton Keynes. As Deputy General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, managing a team of staff and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, developing team members through coaching and training, and running a large, multi-faceted business.

The Job:

  • Work closely with the General Manager in all areas of the venue and make operational decisions on daily matters
  • Manage the daily operation of the entire venue, including staff selection, training, development, and performance management
  • Full profit and loss responsibility
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Be accountable for all processes and procedures within the business
  • Actively participate in all areas of the operation, ensuring required standards of operation are maintained
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas and respond to complaints within the given parameters
  • Create an environment that is team-focused and encourages a professional atmosphere for all team members
