Part Time Family Support Specialist

Torbay Climate Partnership is a forward-thinking organization committed to improving the lives of cared-for children. We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team, supporting our efforts in permanency planning.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for child-centered practice, risk assessment, and mediation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fostered children, reunification, family placement, or adoption.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and wider families. They will also contribute to continued professional development through Torbay's Learning Academy.
