Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing best practices across our procurement function.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our current policies, processes, and systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and validate proposed changes to our procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deploy new processes and functionality, supported by effective communication, training, and documentation.
  • Measure adoption and adherence to new processes, and execute interventions to drive increased adoption and adherence where necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes, and develop a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, including master data governance and enterprise IT systems.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of dynamic experience in consulting and/or manufacturing operations, including working knowledge of direct procurement and material management.
  • Process discovery, design, modeling, and implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP capabilities, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality.
  • Knowledge of Celonis Process Mining, Symbio BPM solutions, or equivalents a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile teams based on SCRUM methodology a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, experience crafting and executing global projects.
  • Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Consistent track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • ASCM/APICS certifications a plus.
  • BS Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain discipline. Master's Degree preferred.
