Procurement Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing best practices across our procurement function.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our current policies, processes, and systems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and validate proposed changes to our procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Deploy new processes and functionality, supported by effective communication, training, and documentation.
- Measure adoption and adherence to new processes, and execute interventions to drive increased adoption and adherence where necessary.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes, and develop a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced.
- Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, including master data governance and enterprise IT systems.
- 5+ years of dynamic experience in consulting and/or manufacturing operations, including working knowledge of direct procurement and material management.
- Process discovery, design, modeling, and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of SAP capabilities, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality.
- Knowledge of Celonis Process Mining, Symbio BPM solutions, or equivalents a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
- Experience working in Agile teams based on SCRUM methodology a plus.
- Strong project management skills, experience crafting and executing global projects.
- Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization.
- Results-oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Consistent track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- ASCM/APICS certifications a plus.
- BS Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain discipline. Master's Degree preferred.
