Job Title: Registered Gynaecology Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Gynaecology Nurse to join our team at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Gynaecology Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of gynaecological complaints/conditions or a willingness to learn.
* Delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing practice and promoting the philosophy of patient and family-centred care.
* To be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care, ensuring high standards of evidence-based care, using a defined model/care pathway in conjunction with senior staff.
* To undertake all nursing procedures in accordance with Trust Policies and ensure these procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
* To communicate with patients and significant others with empathy and reassurance regarding assessment, care, and treatment aiming towards a user-centred care approach.
* To maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records using appropriate documentation in accordance with the NMC recommendations and Trust guidelines.

Person Specification:

* A minimum of 6 months paid experience on a busy Gynaecology ward.
* Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
* Registered with NMC.
