About the Role

We are seeking a Team Member - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Mecca Bingo, Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers feel welcome and valued
