Job Overview

As a Senior IT Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with the swap and logistics teams to understand and address stock, build or partner delivery issues.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced leader who can manage formal complaints and dissatisfied users. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of our MOS processes and tools (training given), as well as good knowledge of Windows and Office tools. ITIL knowledge/accreditation is also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Use reporting to understand data and performance indicators to drive service improvement.
- Use data and key relationships to forecast future resource requirements.
- Work with swap and logistics teams to understand and help address stock, build or partner delivery issues.
- Manage formal complaints and dissatisfied users.
- Suggest and support new processes, changes to process and improvements to service and/or user experience.

What We Offer

Computacenter offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
