A permanent Quality Assurance Specialist position has become available at MTrec Ltd Technical, a reputable engineering client in Northumberland. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This exciting opportunity involves managing and maintaining the QHSE management system in line with ISO 9001, implementing process improvements, creating KPIs to show quality performance, and providing leadership in all safety-related matters. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within QSHE management, preferably with a background in electrical/electronic engineering.

About the Job:

  • Implement process improvements to promote Quality and identify NRFT
  • Create KPIs to show quality performance
  • Collect, analyse, and report on quality, health, safety, and environment statistics
  • Provide leadership in all safety-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of SOPs, support the production manager, and ensure risk assessments are carried out accurately and reviewed regularly.
