Job Title: Estate Operative Roofer

Location: Devonport Plymouth

We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our client’s team as an Estate Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting roofing repairs and maintenance, working on both slate and tiled roofs, replacing and repairing soffits and fascias, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance
  • Work on both slate and tiled roofs
  • Replace and repair soffits and fascias
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • Previous roofing experience is essential
  • Good customer skills
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Must be physically able to traverse the site
  • Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills with customers

  • Reliability and strong work ethic

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and hold SC Security clearance is a requirement of this role.
