Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Rossetts Commercials Mercedes-Benz. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and leasing Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles to customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to initial sales enquiries and advise customers on Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles, highlighting features and benefits of various models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, following up on all sales enquiries in your market area.
- Negotiate terms and explain finance and leasing options available for customers, offering service packages as appropriate.
- Closing sales by preparing contract documentation in line with company procedures, meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales Events as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
We offer a competitive salary package, with a basic salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per year, plus structured sales commission. Your OTE can increase your salary from £26,000 to £65,000 (uncapped) depending on meeting or exceeding your agreed sales targets. We also offer comprehensive Mercedes-Benz training to enable opportunities for career growth.
Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 hours with Saturdays on rota. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and have a proven track record of success within the motor-trade industry, we would love to hear from you.
