Job Summary:

MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our Intervention Team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of motor claims from start to finish, investigating and gathering evidence to bring each claim to a conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of motor claims, investigating and gathering evidence to bring each claim to a conclusion.
  • Proactively manage third-party referrals from first notification of loss.
  • Manage the cost of hire and cost of repairs provided to third parties.
  • Recognize the signs of a fraudulent claim and refer these for further investigation when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build key relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Motor claims knowledge is essential, with experience in commercial or retail motor claims.
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Passion for people and commitment to growing your career.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
