Registered Manager - Learning Disability

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service in West Sussex.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support
  2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a Good rating
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
  4. Build strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders
  5. Hold a NVQ Level 3 or 5 qualification in a relevant field

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of managing Residential Services
  • Ability to support, manage, and develop staff through different needs
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate individual
  • Good links with the Local Authority
