Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team of education professionals in secondary schools across Boston and surrounding areas.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in KS3/KS4, building relationships, and working in small groups. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with children or in a care background to develop their skills and experience.

The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification such as a Teaching Assistant certification, a willingness to undertake a DBS check through Aspire People, and at least two satisfactory references from previous employers. Additionally, the individual must hold the right to work in the UK.

This supply teaching role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and gain experience across different schools, classes, and year groups. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
