Maintenance Person

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our client's property management team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive annual salary of £26,000.

As a Maintenance Person, you will provide support in the maintenance of a range of properties, including holiday lets, residential homes, and business premises. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing scheduled repairs and maintenance
• Conducting basic plumbing and decorating tasks
• Undertaking grounds maintenance
• Driving guests and assisting with hospitality functions
