Job Title: Rail Industry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rail Industry Specialist to join our team at People Group Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the rail industry and excellent technical skills.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Train Operating Company on a variety of rail industry projects. As a Rail Industry Specialist, you will assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms and conditions, and communicate with suppliers and clients to manage purchase orders, contract negotiations, and ensure timely payments and receipts.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts
* Support the tracking of project costs, budgets, and expenditures
* Communicate with suppliers and clients to manage purchase orders, contract negotiations, and ensure timely payments and receipts
* Maintain up-to-date records and assist in preparing financial and commercial reports for internal stakeholders and clients

Key Skills:
* Experience working for a rail client, preferably a Train Operating Company
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
