This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives as a Care Manager with Nurseplus UK Ltd. Based in Norwich, we are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our friendly and fast-paced homecare team.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating care services to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing service users and care workers.
- Roster staff to provide safe delivery of services to clients.
- Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care.
