Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

At Acorn by Synergie, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality team in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the development and implementation of quality control measures and processes
* Ensure that all products meet regulatory and internal quality standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and performance
* Utilize your knowledge of measurement systems and processes to continuously improve quality standards
* Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions to maintain and improve quality standards
* Manage day-to-day quality activities and monitor quality metrics to ensure strong performance
* Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Communicate with senior management on quality performance and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of quality management principles and techniques
