We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Fashion Industry Educator and Program Developer to join our team at Buckinghamshire College Group.

About the Position

This role involves delivering teaching across level 2 & 3 qualifications including Fashion, Communication & Retail. You will plan and develop highly effective teaching in subject areas required, contribute to the college's pursuit of excellence by delivering high-quality teaching, promote and grow the Fashion provision, and participate in external activities, end-of-year shows, employer and stakeholder engagement, and social media presence.

Salary and Development Opportunities

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expand your opportunities within the college. You will also receive full support throughout your development to fully qualified teacher status, which includes enrollment onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, followed by the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification.
