Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Cost Manager to join our team at Integral, part of JLL. As a Contract Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial duties and managing our supply chain with a focus on minimizing costs and enhancing value for money. You will work closely with the commercial team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities and Maintenance firm based across the UK. We work with organizations in Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric works with engineers nationwide to deliver engineering excellence for our clients. The role involves supporting the commercial team in delivering commercial duties, procuring and managing our supply chain, and actively seeking to minimize costs while achieving required standards and quality for our clients.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus overtime if required. In addition to the salary, we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, life assurance, auto-enrolment company pension scheme, employee assistance program (EAP), cycle to work scheme, purchase an electric vehicle via salary sacrifice, and employee discounts with various brands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (highly desirable) and proven and demonstrable experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor within the building/construction/building service/M&E industries (essential). Experience of working in occupied buildings/campuses is also essential. Additionally, you should be competent in IT software packages including MS Office, have excellent interpersonal skills, and high-level organizational ability along with time management skills to drive and meet deadlines.
