About the Role

We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to contribute using modern DevOps practices to help meet business objectives.

Your Mission

  • Be able to contribute using modern DevOps practices to help meet business objectives
  • Be a team player who is adaptable and able to work with a wide range of people and problems
  • Be able to write, review and take responsibility for clear, concise technical documentation

Requirements

You will need:

  • To have 2+ years' experience of a DevOps Engineer or similar
  • Experience with Azure / Google Cloud, Windows and networking
  • Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • A strong background with PowerShell scripting or similar
  • Experience with Terraform or other IaC provisioning
  • Previous experience of using automated software deployment tools
  • Good problem-solving, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail
  • Experienced in using Continual Improvement techniques to help improve service and efficiency

Bonus Points

  • Experience of Octopus or similar automation tools
  • Experience in monitoring system health and reliability
  • Containerisation experience
  • Experience deploying software into orchestration platforms

Job Details

The estimated salary for this position is £60000 - £80000 per annum.
