Pertemps Scotland: Onsite Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onsite Administrator to join our team in Wishaw. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our drivers and staff across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Deliver exceptional support to our sites, including gathering driver availability, completing licence checks, and maintaining system compliance.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure forward planning, tracking driver availability, and maintaining close working relationships with drivers and staff.
  • System Management: Manage and maintain all systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between the client and Pertemps departments.
  • Compliance and Audit: Support the Contract Manager in achieving 100% compliance audit ratings for the region.
  • Worker Support: Manage day-to-day worker issues, including pay, holiday, sickness, and attendance.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the client, flexible workers, and Pertemps management team.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance process, recruitment, financial, and operational performance.
  • Decision Making: Demonstrate capability for making sound and confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
  • Communication: Display a calm, encouraging, and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
