Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Exchange Street Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of property liability claims.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have experience in handling property / property liability or third-party property damage claims, including impact damage, water ingress, and construction issues. You will work out of our Wirral office, operating under delegated authority.

- Handle a portfolio of property liability claims.">
- Work with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.">
- Conduct site visits to assess damage and determine claim values.">
- Analyze policy documents and provide recommendations for claim resolution.">
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of [£45,000 - £55,000] salary per annum, depending on experience.">
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.">
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.">
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for site visits).">
- Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field.">
