About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Lawyer to join our legal team. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Legal and be responsible for managing at least one other lawyer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the executive team on legal matters related to technology and outsourcing.
  • Draft and negotiate technology agreements, including technology design appointments and agreements related to the procurement of technology.
  • Provide oversight on other legal issues, including those related to intellectual property, competition law, and data protection.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 8+ years of post-qualification experience as a technology and outsourcing lawyer.
  • Experience in sell-side technology law is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of technology and outsourcing law, including intellectual property, competition law, and data protection.
