The successful candidate will have expertise in providing high-quality clinical psychology services to patients on the psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Endcliffe Ward, Northern General Hospital. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, providing consultation and supervision to multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to service development initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated clinician to take on a leadership role, working closely with the consultant psychologist and other senior colleagues to drive service improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, supervising staff, and managing complex caseloads.
