Financial Operations Manager

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time - Hybrid
Overview:The Accountancy and Finance Division at The ONE Group is currently working with a world leading manufacturing business at their Head Quarters based in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage day-to-day finance operations across both the UK and US offices. This role includes supervising one direct report and working closely with other departments for sales and purchasing data.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for the Group.
- Manage the day-to-day finance function for UK.
- Manage one direct report.
- Provide financial and HR reports for the MD and FD.
- Oversee outsourced payroll.
- Maintain financial controls and report any issues to the FD.
- Deliver commercial insights from finance data.
- Perform credit checks and manage overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and support management reporting.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage a variety of tasks from transactional to preparation of accounts.
