Job Summary: We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead our site-based teams.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a fast-growing company and contribute to delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of mechanical aspects of projects
  • Quality assurance and snagging reports
  • Management of QA procedures for M&E
  • H&S paperwork completion
  • Packaging management
  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Close collaboration with Senior PMs
  • Day-to-day operations oversight
  • Experience in high-rise/office blocks
  • Attendance at project progress meetings
  • Coordination of direct staff and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in new builds
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments
