Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team at Adore Recruitment.
Job Duties
- Support the sub-contractor network by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Log all calls onto our database system to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Compensation and Perks
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £22,000, paid fortnightly, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours and training opportunities.
