Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Minstrell Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical strip-down and re-assembly, basic field wiring, machine calibration, and system testing.
  • Carry out day-to-day maintenance of site MHE to a high standard.
  • Manage time effectively via CMMS to achieve over 90% utilisation.
  • Continuously improve all aspects of new and old equipment, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Work against timeframes to complete reactive repairs.
  • Interact with on-site management to keep them informed of repair and maintenance progression.
  • Service and repair current installed products, demonstrating hands-on ownership of issues to achieve a fast resolution.
  • Interpret electrical circuits and troubleshoot complex problems.
