About the Role

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's daily liquidity and investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liquidity Management: Oversee the company's daily liquidity management, ensuring all accounts are funded appropriately and investments are in line with policy.
  2. Settlements and Reconciliations: Support the Finance Graduate in processing and approving Treasury settlements, and maintain accurate reconciliations.
  3. Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and controls to ensure robust cash management, and review and improve existing procedures.
  4. Investment Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Treasury Analyst to review and analyze market data, and provide recommendations for the investment strategy.
  5. Intercompany Settlements: Manage the company's Intercompany settlement process, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various reports, including the CDS report, and provide analysis and commentary for senior management.
  7. System Expertise: Develop expertise in the Reval system, and leverage it to improve Treasury processes and procedures.
  8. Relationship Building: Develop internal and external relationships, and leverage them to achieve Treasury objectives.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Ideally part-qualified AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT or studying towards.
  2. Experience: Experience working in corporate treasury, with a focus on liquidity management.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Treasury Management Systems.
