Maintenance Technician

The role of Fitter/Maintenance Technician at Employment Solutions Ltd involves working with semi-automated equipment to produce essential components for the automotive industry. This position requires maintaining sophisticated high-speed machinery on a 3-shift rotation system, with regular overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and quick-response repairs on pneumatic and cam-driven machinery.
Conduct fault diagnosis, tooling changes, and repairs on a range of specialised machines.
Ensure up-to-date maintenance records and documentation are accurately kept.
Requirements:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a solid background in mechanical or electrical engineering and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting. Flexibility, collaboration, and attention to quality and process integrity are essential. Relevant qualifications and hands-on experience in machine maintenance are required.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary from £21,227 - £41,000 per annum with overtime pay rate and comprehensive training and career progression opportunities. This will be a 38-working week with rotational shift patterns to support work-life balance. Paid holidays and additional leave for overtime work. There is also a range of company benefits, including pension schemes and health insurance.
