Primary School Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to fill the role of primary school teaching assistant, working closely with Year 3 and Year 4 pupils.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in education, working alongside experienced teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and assessments.

About the Position
  • Support the delivery of high-quality lessons, working closely with teachers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers to create and implement lesson plans.
  2. Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of pupil progress.
  3. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Remuneration and Benefits

The salary for this role is £360 - £445 per week, along with a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development.

Start Date and Location

This position is available immediately, with a contract running until July 2025. The school is located in Edgbaston.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A degree in education or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
