Part Time Receptionist Opportunity

Lisini Pub Co, a highly regarded family-run business with over 50 years of excellence in hospitality, is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their team at Dalziel Park Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange accommodation for guests.
  • Handle and redirect telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Manage hotel check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  • Organize and distribute mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to company, legal, and statutory health and safety regulations.
  • Process golf bookings and payments, utilizing the hotel's online system.
  • Check golfers in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Process new memberships and issue bag tags, as required.
  • Respond to queries and provide assistance regarding golf memberships and the golf facility.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient keyboard and IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations.
