**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Economist to lead our product assortment strategy at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop econometric models and experiments to measure customer and financial impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable progress and change
  • Influence business leaders based on empirical findings

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Deep experience and knowledge of experimentation, and of specific causal inference techniques (e.g. instrumental variables, differences-in-differences, synthetic control)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-organizational influence and impact in highly complex environments

**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
