Job Title: Head of Aerospace

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Aerospace to lead our purchasing and procurement team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the engineering and electronics industry, with a proven track record in contract negotiation and high-volume manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of buyers and implement KPIs and strategy to drive team performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze data to inform purchasing decisions and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement, with a focus on the engineering and electronics industry
  • Proven track record of success in contract negotiation and high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
