Restaurant Manager and Host Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager and Host to join our team at XII - Twelve Ashby. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a WOW factor experience for every guest.
  • Take charge of the floor and service, ensuring smooth service delivery and clear communication with the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu knowledge and presentation meet high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, paperwork, rotas, and cash handling procedures.
  • Support and motivate team members to achieve their full potential and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
