About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Class teacher with all elements of the day-to-day running of the class and teaching whole classes, groups, and individual lessons in consultation with the Class Teacher on a regular basis across a range of classes.

You will also be responsible for running interventions in groups and 1:1, and providing meaningful feedback on pupil behaviour, relationships, and attitudes. You will monitor pupils' conduct and behaviour throughout the learning process and intervene to resolve highly complex, difficult, or very challenging issues.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
  • The Higher-Level Teaching Assistant Diploma or equivalent Level 4 qualification or demonstrate equivalent skill level.
  • GCSE pass above C grade 4 in English and Maths.
