Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at EA Technology. This role is responsible for ensuring our products meet mandatory approvals and legislative standards across various regions.

About the Role:
  • Ensure product compliance with FCC, UL, CE, LVD, EMC, RoHS, REACH, and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage test programs with external suppliers and testing organizations to guarantee smooth certification processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to specify necessary standards during new product development.
  • Develop and maintain technical files for all products, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks, effectively communicating and acting upon them.
  • Stay ahead of global regulatory changes and standards updates, implementing them smoothly into our product development process.
What You'll Bring:
  • Extensive experience in product compliance, approvals, and codes and standards application.
  • Strong ability to read product design drawings and technical documentation with a solid understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical design.
  • In-depth knowledge of product compliance regulations and standards across global markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, clearly conveying complex compliance requirements to cross-functional teams.
