Retail Account Management Graduate

Job Summary:
This graduate role at Dawn Meats will provide a wide range of retail account management experience and skills through continuous on-the-job development with coaching and mentoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a major UK retail supermarket's customer account;
- Build strong relationships with customer and key account stakeholders;
- Communicate with the supply chain;
- Coordinate production with sales and assess costings of new and ongoing business;
- Ensure customer requirements are met;
- Develop retail plans;
- Accurately cost new products;
- Conduct category insights;
- Collaborate with technical and NPD departments on new products.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline;
- Strong financial understanding and business acumen;
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded;
- Excellent time management;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good IT knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to adapt to change in a highly competitive fast-paced environment;
- Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude;
- The ability to work in the UK.
