Our team of dedicated professionals works in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care that enables individuals to remain at home, even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Care Specialists to join our team in the Hounslow area. As a Care Specialist, you will work with one client per shift, providing personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs. Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury and catheter care.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Deliver care and support services to clients in their own homes, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate, which can be applied for upon registration.
