About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Oswestry Leisure Centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver swimming lessons in line with the Swim England learn to swim framework.
- Develop the confidence and skills of swimmers through fun and engaging lessons.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Hold either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification.
- Have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
