Job Title: Gas Supervisor

United Living is seeking a skilled Gas Supervisor to join our team. As a Gas Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Gas Engineers and Apprentices to deliver high-quality gas installation, servicing, and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of Gas Engineers and Apprentices to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks on Gas Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Self-manage and arrange workloads/schedules to attend to emergency calls and jobs escalated from engineers.
  • Ensure all training needs and staff development are met through appraisals and quality control checks.
  • Liaise with clients to help resolve complaints, correspondence, and client enquiries.
  • Arrange monthly meetings with apprentice mentors and apprentices to record progress and issues.

Requirements:

  • Full Domestic ACS qualifications.
  • SMSTS qualification desirable.
  • Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word skills required.
