The Business Improvement Unit at the London School of Economics and Political Science is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the HR and Payroll Transformation Programme.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the redesign of the HR and Payroll operational service. The programme aims to provide an exceptional employee lifecycle experience, ensuring adaptability, security and accessibility by design.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering business analysis services, working closely with programme and project managers, team members and stakeholders to clarify scope and deliverables for programmes/projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and interpreting user requirements, producing viable user-centric solutions, and proactively identifying and solving problems.

What We Offer

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of £52,806 - £67,357 per annum, inclusive of London allowance, and excellent training and development opportunities.
