As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for training administration, reviewing budgets, and making recommendations on spend. Key responsibilities include advising trainers, line managers, and the leadership team on employee flexibility and plant targets, maintaining operator training and certification databases, and promoting the Company's Career Development Scheme.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and outstanding communication skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment is required, as well as being educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
